Our 2004 Honda Accord broke down after 268K miles and we were looking for another Honda to replace it. I called Honda Marin and Jim quickly told me what was available after listening to what we wanted. Within an hour, we were in the car to Honda Marin. Mike and Luis helped us with smiles even though it was close to closing tone and we drove away that night with our new car!

On 4/1/23 my husband and I worked with Manny DeAlba who sold us the Honda Pilot TrailSport (2023). Due to the chip manufacture catchup there was an added markup of $3k on top of MSRP. In my opinion shouldn’t be pass onto the consumer. As a compromise we worked out an agreement to add the cross bar and electrical hitch installed. This is part of winning and giving business to Honda Marin and Manny understood it. Manny is customer oriented, down to earth, and humble which made the process well worth it. I recommend working with Manny DeAlba.

Victor was helpful and kept me informed of the process with the insurance company. However I am concerned that the problem is not genuinely repaired so there is a likelihood I will have to bring the vehicle back in before the 1 year warranty expires.

Steve Ong was very professional. Went through the cars history -. 13 years and counting. Told me what I would probably need on my next oil change in addition to the oil of course. Wiper blades, air filters etc. Steve explained I had enough tread on my tires to go another 3- 4 thousand miles. I asked him what it would cost me to do it now. He priced me and I now have 4 new tires. All in all a great experience. Pretty much what I get every-time I am there,

I’ve bought two cars here and always get them serviced at Honda Marin. I don’t take my car anywhere else for maintenance. They are great, customer service is awesome, fast but quality work, and very honest. From an oil change to serious issues, their service department is awesome. When buying a car there they have always made an effort to get me exactly what I’m looking for without being pushy. I can’t stress enough how awesome this Honda dealership is. I’ve never had a bad experience there.
